I just had to leave a review on this website as I am so impressed. Van Cleef by Van Cleef and Arpels has been really hard to get hold of in the UK now. It used to be sold at the airports but now they don't stock it. I was ecstatic to have found somewhere that sells it! I was slightly dubious with it being despatched from an internet company in the US but my perfume has arrived today and I am so, so pleased with every aspect of the service! The perfume was half the price I originally paid for it at a store and with a discout and free delivery it was perfect.

Would be excellent if the perfume I selected was also available in other products too i.e shower gel. I found the packaging to be exceptionally great and the products were very very well protected and parcelled compared to others I have received from reputable companies. I became concerned as felt the delivery was taking a while however this was probably due to me ordering the gifts near to my own deadline and the gifts did arrive really quite soon considering.

I was told by three major department stores that the product I was looking for was no longer available. After a web serch, I found exactly what I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. Shipping was reasonable and quick. I will be back to your company for all my fragerance needs!

When I heard about your on-line service, I checked you all out and I found a cologne for my husband that we have been trying to find for several months and we were told it was a seasonal product and we would need to wait until Christmas to find it again. It is called "CHAPS" it is a cologne and there is also an after shave. Your price for the product was very good it is cheaper with you all then it is in the stores that we have purchased from in the past so I am sure we will be purchasing more. There is only one request that I have and that is, we have always purchased it in a Natural Spray Cologne bottle, and the cologne was not in a spray bottle. I would recommend FragranceX.com to my friends and family because it was easy to find the fragrances I wanted and use the online site. In addition, the prices were lower than at the local department stores. I saved gas money and time by shopping on line. So, the pros are: cost savings and gas savings, time savings and a great product. The only cons I could think of were that I didn't get the perfume as fast as if I drove to the store and I needed to know what I wanted - you can't smell the perfume on line.
